Reminder: All election signs must be removed by tomorrow, May 19th.
They can be put back out in October for the November General Election.

The Roll Off Dumpster will be available this Saturday, May 16th!
The dumpster will be placed in the tree dump lot across from Pump and Pantry on Hwy 30. It will be removed once it it full and another one will not be available until June. You can dump Appliances (washer, dyers, dishwashers, stoves, fridge, freezers), Air Conditioners , Computer/TV's, Doors , Furniture and Mattresses. NO Tires, Fluids or Batteries. If the landfill will not accept it, it can not go in the dumpster.

Reminder that the Green Dumpsters are for Grass Clippings, Garden Debris, Small Branches and Leaves only. No trash and especially no plastics bags. If dumping mulch in the green dumpster make sure it is not in plastic. Thank you for your cooperation.

Mowing Season is Here!

Thank You to every one that participated in the Arbor Day Celebration held at Veterans Park today. And Congratulations to the eight 4th grade students that won the Arbor Day poster contest and got to help plant the tree. They also received tree seedlings from the City of Cozad Forestry Board. You can see all the 4th graders posters downtown in the Cut Barn windows.

The Forestry Board will host an Arbor Day Celebration at Veterans Park this Friday, April 24th at 2:30pm.
Eight Cozad Elementary 4th graders whom won the Arbor Day coloring contest will have the opportunity to help plant trees within the park.
