Waypoint Bank will be handing out FREE Sno-cones at the Cozad Swimming Pool from 2-3pm today. Come cool off and enjoy a sweet treat!

**Roll off Dumpster will Now be Available Twice a Week**
Every Wednesday and Saturday it will be placed in the tree dump lot across from Pump and Pantry on Hwy 30. You can dump Appliances (washer, dyers, dishwashers, stoves, fridge, freezers), Air Conditioners , Computer/TV's, Doors , Furniture and Mattresses.
NO Tires, Fluids or Batteries. If the landfill will not accept it, it can not go in the dumpster. If the roll-off is full please do not leave it on the ground. Thank you for your cooperation.

BOPW will be repairing water lines on the corner of East 8th Street and Locust Street the morning of Wednesday, August 5th . Residents north of the area will not have water for a couple hours during this time.. Thank you for your patience as we make these necessary repairs.

🚧 Water Main Replacement Project – East 12th Street 🚧
The Contractors for the City of Cozad will begin to replace the aging water main along East 12th Street tomorrow, July 29th.
This important infrastructure project will improve water service reliability, enhance fire protection capabilities, and reduce future maintenance needs.
Residents in the area may experience temporary traffic disruptions and occasional water service interruptions during construction. The City will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Thank you for your patience as we invest in improvements that will benefit our community for years to come.

The Cozad City Council approved to change the bi-weekly council meeting time from 7pm to 5:30 pm. The next council meeting date is July 20th.
There will be no roll off dumpster placed this Saturday, July 11th due to the truck being broke down. There should be one available the morning of Saturday, July 18th. Sorry for any inconvenience and Thank you for your patience!
